LOCAL CRAFT BEERS
CURRENTLY ON TAP
East Coast Pale Ale — 5% ABV, 45 IBUs
Dank Meme is golden colored pale ale brewed as a love letter to the trendsetters out on the east coast. This beer doesn't care about clarity or aesthetics. In fact, not a single fining was given to this beer. Triptych hopped this beer like a boss, Azacca, El Dorado & plenty of Citra in the finish.
Belgian Golden Ale — 10% ABV
Brewed using a super traditional Belgian yeast, a reasonably simple recipe of 25% wheat, 75% pale malt, the result is deceptively complex. Pear, spice & hints of bubble gum flow through this strong Belgian Golden ale.
RIGGS RED LAGER
Riggs Beer Company
Red Lager— 6% ABV, 27 IBUs
Described as a “dual citizen” of the US and Germany, Riggs uses dark German malts to create a red color & subtle fruitiness that is unlike any other beer on the market. A healthy dose of American aroma hops accentuate the fruitiness & provide a refined bitterness that will leave you ready for another drink.
Riggs Beer Company
Hefeweizen — 5.2% ABV, 11 IBUs
Hefeweizen is the most popular style of the southern German state of Bavaria for good reason. It has a rich banana aroma, but finishes clean, slightly tart, & refreshing.
CURRENTLY ON TAP
Tallgrass Brewing Co.
Oatmeal Cream Stout — 5% ABV, 14 IBUs
Some have described Buffalo Sweat's rich taste, creamy mouthfeel & sweet, lingering finish as liquid chocolate chip cookies made with espresso. If you only try one dark beer in your life, Buffalo Sweat will change your entire perception of how a stout should taste.
TWO HEARTED ALE
American IPA — 7% ABV, 55 IBUs
Brewed with 100% Centennial hops from the Pacific Northwest & named after the Two Hearted River in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, this IPA is bursting with hop aromas ranging from pine to grapefruit from massive hop additions in both the kettle and the fermenter.
Perfectly balanced with a malt backbone & combined with the signature fruity aromas of Bell's house yeast, this beer is remarkably drinkable & well suited for adventures everywhere.
EDMUND FITZGERALD PORTER
Great Lakes Brewing Co.
Porter — 6% ABV, 37 IBUs
Robust & complex, Edmund Fitzgerald Porter is a bittersweet tribute to the legendary freighter’s fallen crew—taken too soon when the gales of November came early.
Brewed in memory of the sunken freighter, with rich roasted barley & bittersweet chocolate-coffee notes.
Stone Brewing Co.
IPA — 6.9% ABV, 71 IBUs
By definition, an India pale ale is hoppier and higher in alcohol than its little brother, pale ale—& Stone IPA deliver in spades. One of the most well-respected & best-selling IPAs in the country, this golden beauty explodes with tropical, citrusy, piney hop flavors & aromas, all perfectly balanced by a subtle malt character. This crisp, extra hoppy brew is hugely refreshing on a hot day, but will always deliver no matter when you choose to drink it.
FLESH & BLOOD IPA
Dogfish Head Craft Brewery
IPA — 7.5% ABV, 45 IBUs
Brewed with mouth-puckering lemon flesh, sweet orange peel & blood orange juice, Flesh & Blood balances the resinous hoppy characteristics of an American IPA with the explosive zesty fruitiness & subtle drying tartness of citrus to deliver a highly quaffable ale that’s incredibly unique & lovely to down the whole year round.
Firestone Walker Brewing Company
American IPA — 5.9% ABV, 59 IBUs
True to form, Revolution No. 008 is a globetrotting iteration of Luponic Distortion, featuring eight hop varieties from four growing regions—Pacific Northwest, Germany, Australia & New Zealand. The lead hops in Revolution No. 008 include a punchy, citrusy variety from Washington state’s Moxee Valley; a hop from Hallertau that delivers honeydew & cantaloupe aromas; and a racy variety from New Zealand.
